A SHARE Strategic Partner (SP) baseline sponsorship for one (1) calendar year is $150,000, which includes: 

• Booth at both the winter and summer events (up to a 40x40)
• Eight (8) STE registration passes (per event)
• Two (2) full conference passes (per event) 
• Opportunity to purchase a la carte items at an additional cost 
• SHARE board of directors liaison (non-voting) 
• Ability to purchase additional registrations at SP rate 

• SHARE and SP shall increase overall event attendance and improve user experience.
• SP to provide strategic thought leadership designed to aid in continuing to make SHARE successful as an independent user group.
• SP to provide a 3rd party objective voice/observations SP to provide a third party, objective voice/observations.
• SP to provide guidance on new technical tracks to enable or expand and tracks to sunset based on trends of the market and needs of the ecosystems.
• Ensuring the rules of engagement are clear and adhered to with respect to technical session selection and content.
• SHARE shall be a channel for SP to launch new products, services, and solutions.
• Ability to reach new markets, bring customers to SHARE events, drive attendance, membership, and community engagement.
• Recruiting and helping develop end user/customer presentations for SHARE events and year-round education and training. 

SHARE would like to recognize SP’s for extraordinary contributions to SHARE and the ecosystem. If a SP spends $100,000, in addition to the base SP sponsorship, the SP will be recognized with a single Black Diamond designation. SP’s can earn additional Black Diamond designations for each $100,000 increment above the $150,000 base sponsorship. This special recognition will be recognized in signage, special ribbons, and other aspects to highlight and recognize this special investment.
